Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days upon receipt of your item to request a return.
We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, a description of the item, and reason for return. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund after your return is approved. The return label will be provided to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

These items will not be refundable under any circumstances.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If it is in original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase was provided, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Items We Are Not Responsible For
If the customer fails to follow proper washing directions or damages the item after wearing, Pink Moon Boutique is not responsible for returning or refunding that item.
